There are a number of Websites that allow you to market your home for a fraction of the price that an agent would charge. Some examples include Rightmove; House Ladder; and Mypropertyforsale. The costs charged by the various sites vary, depending on factors such as the number of companies you advertise with through the Website provider, the length of time you advertise, the number of photos you include and other factors. It is a good idea to consult a solicitor beforehand.
